Working hard has never looked as good as in the 2020 Honda Ridgeline. Versatile, high-performing and efficient all the way around, this pickup mixes crossover SUV style, truck capability and Honda’s technological and safety innovation. While we pride ourselves on all of our new and used Honda cars and trucks, the Ridgeline exists as the representative of pickup trucks in the lineup, doing so at the highest level. Cambridge Centre Honda is your local Ontario dealership in the greater Kitchener-Waterloo area for everything to do with the Honda Ridgeline.
Good looking and ready for work, the Ridgeline represents the sole Honda truck entrant as a vehicle that deftly balances style with function. The truck bed is often the star of the show in a pickup, and it’s no different with this long and deep cargo bed. Measuring 5’4” x 5’0” to accommodate big loads, while the 4’2” space between the wheel wells allows for exceptional versatility. Don’t mind roughing up the cargo bed, it’s scratch resistance and UV-stabilized to hold up against wear-and-tear. The bed’s practicality doesn’t just end there, all thanks to a dual-action tailgate allowing you to lay items flat or swing wide open for easy loading. Underneath the bed sits a low-profile In-Bed Trunk, which is fully lockable and designed to house your most important cargo. LED projector-beam headlights and a power-sliding rear cabin window (with defroster) continues the trend of design polish and purpose.

Innovative for both storage and sumptuous comfort as only Honda can, the Ridgeline maintains an interior that’s as versatile as you demand. Following in the footsteps of the cargo bed, the 60/40 lift-up rear seats make for easy storage underneath. The people enjoying those seats will relax in comfort, with the available heated seat options standard in the front (and available for the steering wheel). Tri-zone climate control lets you pick different temperatures for the driver, front, and rear passengers, so everybody will have their preferences met. Don’t forget about the remote engine start, the perfect feature for those who hate the cold and simply want to hop into a warm vehicle.

Connect to your vehicle’s important information, entertainment, navigation and more, with the Ridgeline’s selection of digital displays. The 8-inch Display Audio touchscreen links up to your phone, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, for your latest playlist or directions to your destination, while the Centre meter display houses the Driver Information interface in your dash over a 7-inch colour display—keeping you abreast of everything from engine oil status to vital warning messages. Speaking of your music, it’s not just limited to the cabin anymore with the introduction of the Truck-Bed Audio System, yet another industry first from Honda. This 540-watt system eliminates your need for a portable stereo at your next BBQ or camping trip.
As smart as the Ridgeline looks, it acts, thanks to its Honda Sensing technologies. That means exceptional peace of mind for the driver and passengers, all thanks to Honda’s latest safety technology. Forward Collision Warning and the Collision Mitigation systems do as their names suggest, alerting you or take action in the event of a collision. Staying in your lane—and on the road—may be something you take for granted, but it’s easy to slip up; but with systems like Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, and Road Departure Mitigation, you’ll be headed down the right track each and every time. Adaptive Cruise Control rounds out these important features, introducing a new age of intuitive highway cruising.
Tough and in charge, the 2020 Ridgeline is ready for any adventure—but that doesn’t mean you’re in for a rough ride. The i-VTM4 AWD system on this pickup provides high-level handling and responsiveness to the elements, so you’ll feel secure even over the bumpiest of rides. Independent front and rear suspensions do their job as well, delivering a consistent ride over dips and uneven terrain. Its Intelligent Traction Management system makes short work of snow, sand, mud, or whatever environment you find yourself in, just from the push of a button. Put your truck to work and you’ll be returned in kind with 2,267 kg worth of towing capacity from its standard hitch. This all adds up to terrific performance and fuel economy out the Ridgeline, no matter what your next job may be.
From its pickup structure, made with Advanced Compatibility Engineering technology, to the assistance driving features found inside, every inch of the Ridgeline has been designed with driver and passenger safety in mind. Whether around tight bends or on steep inclines, this Honda truck’s Vehicle Stability Assist and Hill Start Assist features keep you in control at all times. Passenger safety is led by 3-point height adjustable seat belts, a rear LATCH system, and the six airbag system with front, side curtain and SmartVent variants.
The Ridgeline may have had a short history from it second generation, which bowed in 2017, but it’s still being finely tuned for the demands of the current truck driver. In the 2020 edition, everything has been more refined, with fewer trim levels but more standard features and definition between the selections. The biggest change from the 2019 Ridgeline sees a 9-speed automatic transmission found in the pickup, as opposed to the previous 6-speed.
