To ensure the safety of our community and team, we are offering No-Contact Service. Our building is currently under renovation. Please drive around the back to the Service Trailer when you arrive. 

1.   Drop off your vehicle using the night drop envelopes
2.   Our staff will communicate with you via phone and text
3.   Once your vehicle is ready, you will be able to pay over the phone or by online payment
4.   Invoices and vehicle inspection reports will be emailed to you or left in your vehicle.
5.   During pick up, please contact us and we will place your keys in your vehicle
6.   Your key and all touchpoints in the vehicle will be sanitized.

Is your dealership open to the public?
Yes. We are open in Sales, Service and Parts by appointment. Our Parts & Service department is open using a no-contact service operation. For more information see above.

Is Cambridge Centre Honda an essential service?
Yes, in accordance to the Province of Ontario Motor vehicle, auto-supply, auto and motor-vehicle-repair, including bicycle repair, aircraft repair, heavy equipment repair, watercraft/marine craft repairs, car and truck dealerships and related facilities are deemed an essential business. We have been asked to put into place any and all measures to safeguard the well-being of their employees on the front-lines.

Can I get my car serviced?
Yes, we are open to service your car by appointment. There are people who must still go to work each and every day, many of whom are working longer and more challenging hours. We know your vehicle is an essential part of your day and we’re here to help keep you going. Our dealership is absolutely off limits to anyone who is self-isolating or displaying COVID-19 symptoms. We have a no-contact service experience in place for all of our customers.  Processes are in place to ensure social distancing and rigorous disinfecting procedures. My lease is coming up to the end of term. What do I do?
