For the fifth time in six years, Honda is the “best value brand” in Kelley Blue Book’s “Brand Image Awards.”
“Not only does Honda have a reputation for stellar reliability and excellent resale values, but all of their models are known for refinement and an impressive list of features as standard equipment,” Kelley Blue Book said about the results, based on a survey of new-car shoppers.
The survey looks at how consumers perceive brands. Subaru had the best showing, with top scores in three categories: best overall brand, most trusted brand and best performance brand. Honda, Subaru and others were ranked with other non-luxury brands.
Honda makes the Accord and CR-V at assembly plants in Ohio.
