Just picked up my new red 2015 Honda Fit yesterday and couldn’t be happier, both with the car, and the service that I received. I retired my 1997 Honda Civic after many years of excellent driving, and never even considered buying another make of car. It was extremely reliable and cost me very little over the years. When I decided to consider a new one, Carolyn, in the service dept., steered me to the Honda Fit, saying that she thought that I would like it as well or better than my Civic Hatchback. She couldn’t have been more right. She put me into the capable hands of Tess Arpa, who patiently answered questions and demonstrated the advantages of the car, all without making me feel that I was under any pressure to buy. After I had made my decision she introduced me to Tony, who walked me through the financial end, again very patiently explaining everything. When I went to pick up my new car yesterday, Tess spent an hour making sure that I understood everything that I needed to know. I’d like to say a big thank-you to all three of you for making this such a pleasant experience. I couldn’t be more pleased than I am with my decision, or with the outstanding people at Cambridge Centre Honda who helped with every step of the way. They even loaned me a car for four days until my new Fit was ready to go! Thanks again to all of you and I’m looking forward to staying in touch when I’m back for maintenance.
