Customer service and sales service at Cambridge Center Honda has always been a positive experience for me. When I upgraded my 2009 – 4 door Honda Civic in Nov 2011 to 2 Door 2012 Honda Civic, when I picked up my car, I was shocked to find a wallpaper picture of my favorite artist on my dashboard. It was obvious they listened as they were learning about me as a customer. I recently once again upgraded to 2013 Honda Civic and again, there was a picture of my favorite artist on my dashboard. To me this is what I call customer / sales service going above and beyond. Special thank you goes out to Erica (2011) and Tess (2013) for your outstanding service. Absolutely LOVE my Honda!!! :
