We have been buying and servicing our cars at Cambridge Centre Honda for a decade now. In the previous 20 years we had purchased 5 vehicles. Only one of those experiences came close to the level of comfort and confidence we experienced with each subsequent purchase made at Cambridge Centre Honda. The buying and financing processes were all easy, comfortable and, yes, even enjoyable, not something I could have said about our past experiences. The sales staff are truly concerned about getting you in the right vehicle for you, not just in getting a sale. There is no rushing, but if you want to, you can drop in at 11 am on a Saturday, test drive a vehicle on the lot, arrange the financing and complete the purchase by 2 pm that same day, which is what we did when we decided to go from 2 cars to 1 a couple of years ago. That was the best car buying experience, bar none, we have ever had and cemented our relationship with this dealership. The service department has been exemplary, as well. Prompt, friendly, knowlegable service every single time. I trust they are taking care of our vehicle as if it was there own. Before we joined the Honda family, we drove a few other brands. We have had fewer service issues with our Hondas than with any other brand we’ve driven. And when we do need them, Cambridge Centre Honda service department is there. They always have time to take a look. We are Cambridge Centre Honda customers for life and our son and daughter-in-law now won’t shop anywhere else for cars for their growing family.
