Cambridge Centre Honda is currently hiring for two Outbound Service and Sales Business Development Representatives.

Cambridge Centre Honda is looking to hire 2 individuals as outbound service and sales business development representative. The objective of this position is to generate appointments for the sales and service department as a result of communicating with current and prospective customers.

The successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to:

  • Work proactively and independently
  • Communicate effectively
  • Overcome obstacles
  • Manage their time wisely and set priorities
  • Speak professionally and empathetically on the telephone with customers.
  • Contribute as a high-performing member of a team
  • Resolve concerns and complaints in a way that builds customer loyalty.
  • Use the Office suite of products along with other computer programs

$13-16 per hour

Additional compensation includes: Benefits and performance bonuses


4 days a week, 7 hours per day (including 2 evenings per week)

Saturday work may be required occasionally

Cambridge Centre Honda is currently hiring for an Express Tire and Lube Technician.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset. The candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience, while maintaining a safe work environment.

Are you:

  • A highly-motivated Express Tire and Lube Technician with experience in a similar role.
  • Reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working in adherence to company safety standards at all times.

Do you have:

  • 1+ year’s experience in a similar role that included a focus on customer service.
  • A valid Ontario Class ‘G2’ Drivers License with a clean record.
  • Able to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Non-skid, safety shoes.
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
  • Prior experience in performing vehicle maintenance including oil & filter changes, tire rotations, tire mount, tire balance, and replacement of vital car fluids.
  • Prior experience using an automated car wash.
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage deadlines.
  • A professional demeanor with reliability, dependability and accountability.
